Imposed harsh new laws to hinder decentralized technology and the XRP Ledger. The Guardian exposed the overreach; The Swift sowed chaos against enforcement; The Architect broke the chains by rebuilding with true decentralization.

Main shadow antagonist. Watched from the beginning, struck the XRPL directly, orchestrated the conspiracy web, and challenged the team's unity itself. Defeated in Season 1's final battle — vowing revenge.
